Job Description

Long term substitute position for elementary learning support special education maternity leave. Potential to stay onboard as per diem building substitute.

Duties and Responsibilities

Teacher needed to lead a classroom of 8th Grade Students.

 

Expected to:  

  • Complete lesson plans
  • Complete any necessary paperwork for an 8th Grade homeroom
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development
  • Teach Religion based on the Guidelines of the Office of Catholic Education for the 8th grade
  • Teach English Language Arts based on the Guidelines of the Office of Catholic Education for the 8th grade
  • Prepare the students to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation 
  • Plan and Prepare the students for Graduation and the Graduation Ceremony
  • Complete necessary paperwork for the High Schools that the students will attend
